Live Video Therapy

 
What: Confidential Video Therapy to give you skills & support so you can find freedom from the challenges you're facing. I offer a safe virtual space to process life transitions like relationship or job changes, adjustment to parenthood, the challenges of being a working mom and the challenges of infertility.

Who: BUSY people who like the idea of using technology in order to seek psychological support from a licensed therapist. Both individuals and couples are welcome. Couples do not have to be physically in the same place, just need to be able to log on to the session at the same time.

​

Where: Anywhere you are- Home, Office, Car, Hotel room... as long as you're in California & you're taking the call from somewhere that makes you feel safe to talk honestly & openly. 

​

When: Wednesdays & Thursdays from 9am to 3pm. My schedule has changed and I no longer offer evening sessions. 

​

Why: Because struggling and feeling alone, worried, hopeless or misunderstood is no way to live!!! AND because you're busy... heck, I'm busy! We are all just trying to live our best lives, right?!
